Rich leads the Business Development team, working with colleagues to get Black Marble clients the solutions that best meet their needs.
The newest member of the Black Marble Senior Management team, Rich brings more than 30 years of experience working ‘client side’ in the private and public sector.
He met and became a fan of Black Marble having seen and then bought their tuServ product when CDIO at a regional police force.
He leads the Business Development function, but is not a salesperson by trade, training nor inclination.
He is passionate about using Digital, Data & Technology (DDaT) to solve organisation’s problems and seize business opportunities.
Having been around most areas of DDaT he still retains useful knowledge about what’s possible and what’s sensible and enjoys talking to clients and prospective clients about tactics and strategies for helping their organisation be successful.
