Using Visual Studio 2010 to Enable Agile Development

In this session we will demonstrate how Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) can be used to provide the underpinnings for a successful agile development team.

We will be exploring how the tools (TFS) and the process (Application Lifecycle Management) allow the team to communicate both internally, with team members, and externally, to their customer, in a far more efficient manner. So while agile development is at its core about people and enabling them to communicate better – the tooling should be not be ignored.

At this event we will show how using the tools within Visual Studio 2010, focused around the new ALM Scrum Template for TFS, a team can plan and track their work more efficiently.
