How we built a solution for Robust Details to help them move their business beyond its current manual systems. We created a hybrid solution implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Windows Azure and Microsoft Silverlight to create a solution that is secure, scalable and easy to manage, making the company’s processes more efficient and allowing for customer self-service. This session focuses why the technologies were chosen, and how they were used, concluding with a demonstration of the site.
