Congratulations to Cindy Rose, the Microsoft UK CEO who has been awarded an OBE for services to UK technology.

I deeply admire Cindy Rose’s commitment to driving the UK digital economy, as well as her commitment to training and education around digital skills, and her advocacy for women and diversity in technology; as I not only share these values, I believe they are intrinsic to any modern business. As a Microsoft Regional Director, I’ve had the honour and pleasure of meeting with Cindy on a number of occasions, and I am pleased to see her recognised beyond the technology realms we inhabit.
